Responsibilities

The Company implements a policy that will provide a safe and healthy working environment for Employees, Contractors, Customers and the Factory Offices and Sites in general.

The Company will achieve this goal by promoting and continuously demonstrating safety awareness, taking correct and preventative action as necessary and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and agreed Company and Group policies, standards and procedures, including the prevention of occupation risk.

The Company will measure safety performances as dictated by the Safety Plan that will be reviewed regularly by the Management Team.

It is also the duty of all Employees and Contractors to exercise personal responsibility and to do everything to prevent injury to themselves and to others and to cooperate with management to achieve their objectives.

Actions Taken

This policy statement underlines our Company's fundamental belief in the importance of Health and Safety and its concern to maintain health, to provide a safe working environment and to eliminate or control health and safety hazards by:-
  • Providing and maintaining safe buildings, machinery, equipment and systems of work
  • Arranging for the safe use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances
  • Providing sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable all Employees, Contractors, Customers or others to avoid hazards and contribute positively to Health and Safety at our works and Customer sites
  • Providing and maintaining a healthy working environment
  • This Policy Statement and its implementation will be continuously reviewed and modified if necessary; in order to ensure that good safety practices are achieved in the most effective manner.
This is an abridged version of our Health & Safety Policy and Procedures operated by T.C. Industrial Products Limited, overseen and audited by Peninsula Business Services Limited, our Health & Safety consultants, in conjunction with our appointed Safety Officer.
